Blair Hart
Training Consultant/ Operations Manager

Blair began working in Security & Hospitality when she was 18 years old & is AllSkilled's longest serving employee.
Before taking over the administration role, Blair was the CEO of Progressive Training Solutions PL; a Registered Training Organisation operating in Victoria & South Australia.
Blair has numerous teaching credentials including Workplace Training & Assessment, Security, First Aid, Responsible Service of Alcohol/Gaming/Food, Food Hygiene, White Card, Traffic Management, Fitness & Martial Arts & is also qualified in First Steps.
AllSkilled offer our clients *free training for our clients & their staff.

Adam Jones
Operations Manager
​
Adam has been working in the security industry for over two decades.
He has previously worked as lead Operations Manager for AllSkilled for 6 years and now works as
a client liaison and business consultant. Working in close consultation with individual Venue Managers,
Adam is currently working on revising company policies and procedures and staff training,
turning what at times can be a very reactive role, into a positive, proactive role for the benefits of
ourselves our clients and their businesses.
He is also a much respected Martial Arts instructor & has written and delivered extensive In-house
courses for our staff & clients.
Jason Beach
Hospitality Consultant & Client Liaison

Jason has joined the Security industry with a 10 year background in school teaching and 20 years
in the Australian Defence Force.
He has a double University degree in Education.
Jason’s strengths are engaging with clientele, excellent customer relationships
and coming up with new and innovative ideas so businesses can thrive and excel.
He was a Rugby Player for 15 years and represented the Australian defence force playing against
other countries such as New Zealand, England and South Africa before becoming a teacher.
During his time in the defence force he was military fitness instructor for 10 years.
Jason has coached men’s Rugby for 10 years and is currently the coach of the
Victorian Under 12’s Rugby League team.
Ian McNabb
Rosters/ Employment/ Training

Ian has made his start in the security industry in 2019.
He is very passionate about improving the industry by introducing more thorough employment inductions and onsite training.
Ian is passionate about martial arts and uses the values taught to him, which reflects in his work performance and ethics.

Lindsay Hart
Administration
Lindsay has been working in the industry for over two decades in Hotels, Clubs & Gaming rooms, & has a long history in the Security & Hospitality industry in Victoria & South Australia since 2003. With a Martial Arts background since the age of three and still running martial arts classes daily from his full time dojo Combat Academy as well as conducting seminars nationally, he has a strong interest in skill & communication development in the staff. He recognises that with improved skill comes confidence & an improved work performance.
Lindsay was also instrumental at introducing "Multi Skilled" staff with multiple licenses including Gaming, RSA & TAB licenses with also skills in bar and barista.
Damien Atkinson
Administration
Damien is new to the industry but has been a business owner and operator for most of his adult life.
Damien has a long history in martial arts and is a professional kickboxer.
His goal is to develop the business structure and set a higher standard for our employees to attain.
He will also be instructing the staff ongoing with defensive techniques, presentation and communication skills.
